Day 7 (30 for 30) I Designed My Own Shoes

After I read J Crew Cardigan reviews on several petite blog ( Vicky's Daily Fashion Blog, Really Petite, Petite XXS and Alteration Needed), I confidently ordered  J Crew Cardigans in three different colors. The size medium fits me very well.

I designed this pair of shoes in the picture. I had over 10 pairs of shoes custom-made in a papa-mama store in China. Most of those shoes were for ballroom dancing. The store owner liked my design so much that they made more for display.

The shirt I wore under the cardigan is also tailored in China.Tailoring clothes are quite common in China, especially in Shanghai. That will guarantee to fit my 4'11" curvy body. I wish I could visit Shanghai more often.

  2. Wow...I could use professionally taylored clothes everyday. I don't think they offer that service at F21 and Goodwill.

  3. That's awesome you designed your own shoes! I often tell myself I should become a shoe designer whenever I'm in a shoe store and can't find exactly what I'm looking for!!!
