I like this polka dot shirt. It has unevenly distributed dots. To continue the heavy blue dots on the bottom of the shirt, I paired it with a blue skirt. White shoe goes with white color in the outfit. Too bad that I don't have a white or blue hat. Large blue hat is on my to buy list.
